Conneely Drylining is ISO 9001:2000 registered. We take the issue of
quality very seriously always looking to exceed the expectations
of the client. In doing so our Quality Management System surpasses
the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
The
Company's Quality Policy Statement
The company is primarily involved in, and specializes in, supplying
Metal Stud Partitioning, Drylining and plastering together with
ancillary equipment to the Construction, Housing and Commercial
industries.
The policy of the company is to maintain and improve its reputation
for quality service. The aim of the company is to provide and market
services of a high standard that will merit and earn client satisfaction
in a competitive market. The Quality of the company's goods and
services will not be secondary to any considerations that may adversely
effect its contractual obligations.
The company hold quality review meetings at least every four months
at which the policy in relation to the current quality system will
be examined. The company will ensure that all staff concerned are
fully aware of the company's quality policy. All personnel whose
presence at these meetings has not been recorded will have access
to the minutes that summarize the conclusions and actions by circulation
or posting on the company notice board.
The company stresses the importance of quality service to all company
personnel. All personnel are involved in carrying out the Quality
Policy. The sections of the Quality Manual, which are relevant to
each persons work, will be reviewed regularly and amendments will
be issued and signed for. The amendments will be recorded by the
Quality Controller.
The management of the company is committed to a policy of Quality
Assurance throughout the company's activities, but specifically
ensuring that the product quality satisfies the specific contractual
obligations of all customers together with the Standards of Quality
Specified in BS EN ISO 9002, also the relevant Health and Safety
requirements and any other relevant schedules which may augment
these standards.
The Quality Manual and the associated Quality procedures are approved
by the directors and are the authoritative documents relating to
Quality within the company.
Checklists
Conneely Drylining operates checklists as an integral part of our
Quality Management System. These can be altered accordingly to suit
the exact needs of the client.
